Vlada Mandić, a former handball player and member of the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS), was part of a group that clashed with students and war veterans during a protest yesterday, according to Mila Popović, president of the Belgrade City Board of the Party of Freedom and Justice, who posted the information on her profile on the social network X.
“Vlada Mandić, the first thug of the Serbian Progressive Party, the head of the group that attacked students and war veterans, can be seen in the video kicking a young man,” she wrote on her account.

So far, there has been no response from Mandić himself, the students and veterans he kicked, or anyone else involved.
As a reminder, an incident occurred in the fenced-off area in front of the Serbian Parliament and Pioneer Park, where supporters of the ruling party and Aleksandar Vučić were celebrating the May Day holiday. When war veterans and students who support the university blockades appeared, Mandić was seen on video kicking one of the young men and driving him out of the enclosed space.
