Catastrophic news for the club from Humska.
Partizan was suspended early this morning and will not be able to register reinforcements in the next three transfer windows. That is until the summer of 2027!
The decision was brought by FIFA and the Disciplinary and Ethics Committee of the Football Association of Serbia, headed by Ivan Nikolić, was tasked with its final execution.
According to Sport klub, the issue concerns unpaid funds based on a decision in the “Patrick Andrade case.” Partizan lost the dispute before the Court of Arbitration for Sport and simultaneously exhausted all legal remedies. The black and whites are obliged to pay 1.3 million euros, but they have not yet fulfilled this.
In addition to all this, the manager who brought Andrade to Partizan last summer also sued the club for outstanding debts of about 270,000 euros.
