A criminal complaint will be filed against the leader of the LDP, Cedomir Jovanovic, due to the suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of violent behavior, it was confirmed by the competent prosecutor’s office.
As announced, after the police officers took the necessary actions, the public prosecutor ordered that a criminal complaint be filed against C. J. for the criminal offense of violent behavior under Article 344, Paragraph 2 in connection with Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code.
“In the regular course of the proceedings, all necessary evidentiary actions will be taken, after which the public prosecutor will make a decision according to the law,” the statement said.
According to unofficial information, the incident occurred in a café near the Palace of Justice in Belgrade, where, as claimed, Jovanovic allegedly attacked a famous lawyer. The circumstances under which the conflict occurred are currently unknown.
