The Basic Court in Banja Luka has rejected the proposal of the CEC of BiH that Milorad Dodik be deleted from the register as the president of the SNSD.
As announced by the court, no appeal was filed against this decision within the legal deadline.
The Central Election Commission of BiH received the decision on December 1, and the deadline for appeal expired on December 9.
The court, for procedural reasons, waited for the expiration of the deadline for eventual submissions sent by mail, but by December 16, there was no appeal, it was confirmed for RTRS.
