BOY WHO COMMITTED RIBNIKAR MASSACRE TESTIFIES AGAINST PARENTS: His answers shed light on the motive of the crime!

K.K., the boy who committed a mass murder on May 3rd last year at the “Vladislav Ribnikar” Elementary School, testified in the Special Court in Belgrade, at the trial of his parents, Miljana and Vladimir Kecmanović.

Today’s testimony of K.K., the perpetrator of the crime at the “Vladislav Ribnikar” Elementary School, leads to the conviction of his parents, Miljana and Vladimir Kecmanović, said the representative of the injured parties, Ognjen Božović, to reporters after the trial.

“The questions that were asked were aimed at establishing the motive for the crime, but I believe that his statement points in the direction that will lead to a conviction,” said Božović.
He assessed that this trial is one of the most terrible he has attended in his career.

The representative of the injured parties, Zora Dobričanin Nikodinović, said that today’s questioning of the minor is useful for clarifying the crime of May 3rd, adding that many important details were learned.

Marko Janković, the representative of the injured parties, when asked whether the minor testified from a separate room in the courtroom or from the courtroom itself, said that the court fully applied the law and that only particularly sensitive and protected witnesses stay in that room, while K.K. was neither.

Irina Borović, the defense attorney for the Kecmanovićs, claims that neither in this nor in other proceedings will the reasons for the crime be known.

“Those reasons are deep somewhere in the soul of the boy who committed this crime,” she said, adding that he lived a normal life from the perspective of all those who know him. During the testimony of the minor K.K., he was questioned by the judge, representatives of the injured parties, and one member of the family of the murdered child, and the questioning will continue on October 17th.

In the continuation of today’s hearing, he also answered a question from one member of the family of the murdered.

The continuation of the trial of his parents is scheduled for October 17th.
