As N1 has learned from a source at the First Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office in Belgrade, regarding the case of harassment of actor and director Dragan Bjelogrlić, the on-duty prosecutor was contacted about the incident as early as Tuesday, February 24, 2026.
“The incident concerned arrogant and reckless behavior by a TikToker toward Bjelogrlić in a café, where the TikToker filmed him and shouted remarks at him, thereby harassing him,” the source, who wished to remain anonymous, told us, adding that the incident was reported to the Stari Grad Police Station and that it was ordered for surveillance camera footage to be submitted to the prosecutor, N1 reports.
This was also announced earlier today by the First Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office.
N1 also learned that the acting prosecutor in this case was provided with the footage, and it was ordered that a misdemeanor report be filed against TikToker Aleksandar Šulc for an offense under Article 8 of the Law on Public Order and Peace, and that Bjelogrlić be provided with the attacker’s details so that he may file a private lawsuit against him for unauthorized recording.
As a reminder, N1 previously reported that Dragan Bjelogrlić last night independently reported to the Stari Grad branch of the Ministry of Internal Affairs the harassment and insults he was subjected to during the previous day at a public venue in central Belgrade,
At the same time, Bjelogrlić also underwent all toxicological analyses, about which he likewise informed the competent authorities.
