Ljiljana Borojević, the lawyer of the detained student of the Faculty of Physics, Stefan Tomić, announced this evening to the gathered citizens that the police are accusing her client of terrorism and subversion of the constitutional order.
She briefly stated that he was detained in the Terrorism Department of the Serbian Ministry of Internal Affairs, located in Palata Srbija in Mihajla Pupina Boulevard.
Because of this, citizens and students gathered in front of the MUP building in Zoran Đinđić Boulevard headed towards Palata Srbija.
Students of physics in blockade announced that today, around 5 PM, two men, whom they presumed to be plainclothes police officers, approached a student of the Faculty of Physics and a female student of the Faculty of Philology not far from the intersection of Nemanjina and Kneza Miloša Street in Belgrade, where professors and students are organizing a blockade.
After the conversation, they released the female student, while they took the student of the Faculty of Physics away in a car. Initially, it was not known to which police station he was taken. Upon learning that their colleague might be in the MUP Novi Beograd building, the students called on citizens to gather.
