In the Ground Safety Zone, near the village of Parada, Serbian police were once again the target of an attack. According to initial information, more than one hundred rounds were fired from automatic weapons toward police patrols.
The incident occurred after members of the ground security forces came across fallen trees that had blocked the road, preventing further movement. At that moment, several attackers opened fire on the police officers and then withdrew toward Serbia’s southern province of Kosovo and Metohija, reports Telegraf.
Fortunately, no one was injured in the attack, and the police immediately took measures to ensure security and search for the attackers.
