Serbian Miloš Vukićević (29) is officially the strongest man in the United States. He won the gold medal in the absolute category up to 140 kilograms at the championship held in Las Vegas (Nevada).
At the Mister Olympia competition, which is the unofficial championship of America, he won first place in powerlifting by lifting 275kg on the bench press (bench press without equipment), which is also the heaviest load lifted in Las Vegas, and was thus also declared the strongest man in the entire competition.

-After 275 kg, I tried to lift 280 kg, but I failed; I was a little short. I hope to surpass that quota next time. I would like to thank the sponsors who supported me, our companies from the USA: Royal 3 Inc, Magnum Freight, Viking Gardens, and Louie Tire Service, our champion Miloš Vukićević told Serbian Times.
