Milan Todorovi\u0107 has been appointed the new acting director of the<\/em><\/strong> Regulatory Authority for Electronic Media (REM)<\/em><\/strong><\/a>. Rajka Galin \u0106erti\u0107 had previously resigned from the position.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to RTS, members of the REM Council unanimously adopted the Draft Rulebook on the Appointment of Members of the Management Boards of Public Service Broadcasters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This establishes the procedure for selecting new members of the management boards of RTS and RTV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At today’s REM session, it was decided that, due to a \u201cparticularly serious\u201d violation of the law, TV Prva would be prohibited from broadcasting its news program for one day and its morning show for five days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meanwhile, a protest in support of Informer is taking place outside the building while the REM session is underway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
