Stefan \u0110or\u0111evi\u0107 from Belgrade has graduated from two<\/em><\/strong> faculties<\/a>, the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and the Faculty of Physics. He passed 84 exams and received a grade of 10 in all of them. At the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, he was the student of the generation. The young man, who has achieved incredible success, did not stop there. He enrolled in a master\u2019s program at the Faculty of Physics, which he also completed, and has now submitted his doctoral dissertation entitled:<\/em><\/strong> \u201cPEYNDI CURVE IN 2D DILATONIC GRAVITY MODELS\u201d<\/a>and is awaiting its defense!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

And he does not plan to stop there. As he told the MONDO portal, he wants to enroll in postdoctoral studies. He may complete them abroad, but what is certain is that he would return to Serbia<\/a> afterward. He was born there, took his first steps there, said his first word there, achieved his first successes there… He sees his future there… He sees his prospects…<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stefan attended the \u201c\u0106irilo i Metodije\u201d Elementary School in Belgrade\u2019s U\u010diteljsko Naselje neighborhood. There, thanks to his teacher Selma Popovi\u0107, he fell in love with physics. His love for the subject \u201cbrought\u201d him two degrees and the success he has achieved. Before physics, he was passionate about mathematics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI fell in love with mathematics when I attended the Archimedes School for Young Mathematicians. I started there when I was in the third grade of elementary school. I finished elementary school as a top student and took part in numerous competitions at the municipal, district and national levels. In the sixth and seventh grades, I won third prize at the national physics competition, and in the eighth grade, I won first prize,\u201d Stefan \u0110or\u0111evi\u0107, who worked as a young researcher at the Faculty of Physics, began his conversation with MONDO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He points out that studying in elementary school was not difficult for him and that he had time for everything that interested him outside of his school obligations. \u201cAfter finishing elementary school, I enrolled in the Mathematical Grammar School. I have to admit that the first semester of the first year was difficult for me. That was perhaps the most difficult period of my entire education. However, I was persistent in overcoming the difficulties I faced and I worked harder and harder. I realized that the more I worked, the better results I achieved, and I did not give up. Additional work always pays off; when you don\u2019t do something well, do it again and the results will be better. Work is the most important thing,\u201d our interviewee emphasized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
