Firefighters from Boljevac and Zaje\u010dar are taking part in efforts to extinguish a fire that broke out on Mount Rtanj this afternoon.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As \u201cBlic\u201d reports, the fire broke out in extremely inaccessible terrain, but no buildings are currently threatened.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The flames can be seen from a great distance, while there is still no official information about the area affected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For now, photographs are being shared on social media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to local residents, if the fire crosses the so-called \u201cridge,\u201d the most beautiful part of the coniferous forest will burn down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The locals are hoping that helicopters will be deployed, which can collect water from nearby Lake Vrmd\u017ea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
