Podgorica resident Branislav Brano Radulovi\u0107, who enrolled at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the University of Montenegro at the age of 88, has several ideas for how<\/em><\/strong> Montenegro<\/a><\/em><\/strong> could become a wealthy country.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

He has also presented his ideas at the university, while in an interview he highlighted the importance of building a bypass around Kotor<\/a> and generating electricity that could provide people with a comfortable standard of living.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI developed the idea for a bypass around Kotor while working on the roads there. I believe its construction would have multiple benefits for the ecology, traffic and tourism of Montenegro. Although technically demanding, I believe the time is now ripe to implement it,\u201d says Radulovi\u0107, who, due to his health condition, is unable to attend classes at the university.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Regarding tourism, he presented a number of proposals to his physics professor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cIt is an idea that is several centuries old \u2013 the invisible man and things that fly through the air. These are old ideas used by skilled magicians. It is known that matter cannot be created out of nothing. We could develop another tourist attraction,\u201d Radulovi\u0107 believes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He points out that he is a good stonemason and knows how to work with stone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI observed stone structures in Peru and they greatly interested me. I noticed that even today\u2019s technology could not make such enormous blocks in various shapes, especially oval ones. This led me to the conclusion that they were made by creating and using sand and certain molds, that is, by using a chemical that turns stone into granite. Given that Montenegro has a great deal of stone, chemists should be challenged to find a way to turn stone into fertile soil or sand. This would have multiple benefits for Montenegro,\u201d Radulovi\u0107 insists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
