Serbian athletics won two medals at the Mediterranean Games, as<\/em><\/strong> [Ivana \u0160panovi\u0107<\/em><\/strong>] and Aleksandrija Mitrovi\u0107 finished second and third in the triple jump.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u0160panovi\u0107 won the silver medal with her best jump of 14.09 meters. The experienced Serbian athlete managed to reach the podium, while Aleksandrija Mitrovi\u0107 won another medal for Serbia. She recorded her best result with a jump of 13.69 meters, which was enough for bronze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The gold medal went to Italy\u2019s Erika Giorgi A Saraceni, who recorded the best result of the competition. The Italian representative achieved 14.21 meters with her best attempt and thus finished the competition in first place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the Serbian team, this represents a very nice achievement, as the triple jump competition ended with two Serbian athletes on the podium. \u0160panovi\u0107 confirmed her quality and experience on the big stage with her result, while Mitrovi\u0107 achieved a significant result with her bronze and brought Serbia another medal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the end, the Italian athlete won with 14.21, \u0160panovi\u0107 finished second with 14.09, while Mitrovi\u0107 took third place with 13.69 meters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
