One of the stories that captures the attention of the local public, especially those who follow our cultural scene, is the falling-out between legends of our acting world \u2013 Jelisaveta Seka Sabli\u0107 and Bora Todorovi\u0107.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Namely, the two of them allegedly did not speak for 30 years, and the reason was a film, specifically a scene from the cult film \u201cThe Marathon Family.\u201d According to the stories, while filming a scene on the shore of a lake that involved kissing and something more with Seka, Bora became more immersed in the role than he should have and did something that was not included in the script.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The situation allegedly escalated, and Seka was supposedly so angry that she did not want to continue filming; she even screamed at and insulted Bora, while everyone on the set was surprised by what was happening, especially because they did not know exactly what had happened. Todorovi\u0107 apologized to Seka, but she remained unwilling to relent. At least, that is how the story goes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seka herself put an end to those stories and said on one occasion that she was not uncomfortable filming that sex scene with Bora and that she did not hold anything against him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 What was hardest for me was when Bora’s son \u017dika asked me whether it was true that I had been angry with his father because of that. I told him that I had never been angry with Bora. On the contrary, the two of us were very close. For a while, Gaga Nikoli\u0107, Bora and I used to spend time together on a boat on the Sava. It is normal that during their lives people become somewhat distant at some point and that everyone goes their own way, because of family, work, or whatever else. That happened with Bora and me as well, but we were never in a quarrel \u2013 the actress explained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before the sex scene, Seka swam in the lake while Bora filmed her from the shore and compared her to the famous actress Hedy Lamarr, and the actress later revealed that she ended up in the hospital afterward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 I was very ill at the time when we were doing that scene by the lake and in the water. After filming, I ended up in the hospital \u2013 Seka said on one occasion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
