Serbian athlete<\/strong><\/em> Aldin \u0106atovi\u0107<\/strong><\/em><\/a> won the 1,500-meter race at the “Waidhofen” meeting in Austria.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The member of Novi Pazar Athletics Club won the meeting in Austria with a time of 3:42.13, the Serbian Athletics Federation (SAS) reported. In addition to \u0106atovi\u0107, several other members of AK Novi Pazar recorded good results at “Waidhofen.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kaid Koca finished third in the 1,500-meter race with a time of 4:01.64, while Alen Sejdovi\u0107 was sixth, setting a new personal best with a time of 4:17.04.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the women’s 1,500-meter race, Mejra Mehmedovi\u0107 finished second with a time of 4:20.88, recording her best result of the season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another Novi Pazar athlete, Marko Mrlje\u0161, finished third in the 800-meter race with a time of 1:56.63.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“The performances in Austria once again confirmed the excellent form of the Novi Pazar athletes and the continuity of quality results on the international stage,” the SAS statement said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
