Montenegrin and Serbian citizen Vuk Vulevi\u0107 (51)<\/strong>, who was the subject of an Interpol Red Notice<\/strong>, has been arrested at a hospitality venue in Belgrade, Serbia’s Ministry of the Interior (MUP) announced. The ministry added that arrest warrants had been issued for him by both Serbia and Montenegro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“An international arrest warrant was issued for V.V. by Interpol Podgorica for the criminal offenses of organizing a criminal group and the unauthorized production, possession, and trafficking of narcotic drugs under the Criminal Code of Montenegro,” the MUP said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The statement added that the Higher Court in Belgrade, Special Department for Organized Crime<\/strong>, had also issued a warrant for Vuk Vulevi\u0107 in connection with offenses for which he is wanted by the Montenegrin judiciary\u2014forming a criminal organization and two counts of the unauthorized production, possession, and trafficking of narcotic drugs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
