{"id":214084,"date":"2026-07-10T16:34:19","date_gmt":"2026-07-10T14:34:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/serbiantimes.info\/en\/?p=214084"},"modified":"2026-07-10T16:34:20","modified_gmt":"2026-07-10T14:34:20","slug":"lured-him-for-a-reconciliation-then-killed-him-indictment-filed-against-sasa-vukovic-boske-for-the-murder-of-aleksandar-nesovic","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/serbiantimes.info\/en\/lured-him-for-a-reconciliation-then-killed-him-indictment-filed-against-sasa-vukovic-boske-for-the-murder-of-aleksandar-nesovic\/","title":{"rendered":"LURED HIM FOR A RECONCILIATION, THEN KILLED HIM: Indictment filed against Sa\u0161a Vukovi\u0107 Boske for the murder of Aleksandar Ne\u0161ovi\u0107!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Higher Public Prosecutor&#8217;s Office in Belgrade has filed an indictment against Sa\u0161a Vukovi\u0107 Boske on suspicion that, on May 12, 2026, he murdered Aleksandar Ne\u0161ovi\u0107 in a restaurant &#8220;27&#8221; in a premeditated manner, as well as for illegally carrying a firearm and ammunition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The indictment charges Sa\u0161a Vukovi\u0107 with the criminal offense of Aggravated Murder in conjunction with the criminal offense of Illegal production, possession, carrying and trafficking of weapons and explosive materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The indictment also includes Mario S., Nenad L., Petar U., Vuk \u0160. and Dejan S., who are charged with one criminal offense each of Assisting an offender after the commission of a criminal offense, due to reasonable suspicion that they helped Sa\u0161a V. avoid detection by concealing evidence of the crime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The indictment has been submitted to the Higher Court in Belgrade for a decision on confirmation, and the prosecution has proposed that the court extend the detention of Sa\u0161a Vukovi\u0107, Mario S., Nenad L., Vuk \u0160. and Dejan S.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There is reasonable suspicion that Sa\u0161a Vukovi\u0107 Boske illegally carried a handgun on May 12, 2026, most likely a &#8220;Crvena Zastava 9mm 999&#8221; model, along with at least 10 nine-millimeter caliber bullets, for which he did not have permission from the competent authorities. Vukovi\u0107 called him by phone and, with a tearful voice, said: &#8220;Brother, please come back, I didn&#8217;t mean anything bad when I told you not to frown,&#8221; &#8220;You are my brother, I don&#8217;t want any bad blood, I only want us to be good brothers.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aleksandar Ne\u0161ovi\u0107, who believed the words of the defendant Sa\u0161a Vukovi\u0107 that he had good intentions, returned to the restaurant in his vehicle at around 11:14 p.m. and sat at the table with the defendant Sa\u0161a Vukovi\u0107. At one point, the defendant allegedly knelt on his right knee in order to make the victim believe that he wanted to reconcile, the prosecution stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;After that, he pulled out a handgun and fired at least 10 shots at Aleksandar Ne\u0161ovi\u0107, including four to five shots toward the victim&#8217;s chest and abdomen. After a brief pause, he continued firing toward the victim&#8217;s shoulders and neck, hitting him with at least 10 projectiles. In this way, he inflicted multiple polymorphic injuries in the form of 14 gunshot wounds (six penetrating wounds, eight through-and-through wounds) and one graze wound, caused by projectiles fired from a handgun, as well as a large number of injuries,&#8221; the statement said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After Sa\u0161a Vukovi\u0107 committed the alleged crime, Mario S., according to reasonable suspicion, arrived at the restaurant on the night between May 12 and 13 at Sa\u0161a Vukovi\u0107&#8217;s request in order to collect his belongings, including money and a vest that Sa\u0161a Vukovi\u0107 had left behind. He then, together with defendants Nenad L., Petar U. and Vuk \u0160., cleared glasses and tablecloths, collected shell casings, and placed the body of Aleksandar Ne\u0161ovi\u0107 into a blanket together with defendants Sa\u0161a V. and Nenad L. They carried it out of the restaurant and placed it into Nenad L.&#8217;s vehicle, a &#8220;Hyundai Santa Fe.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After that, the vehicle was driven to Stara Pazova, and together with the body of Aleksandar Ne\u0161ovi\u0107, it was handed over to defendant Dejan S., who was allegedly asked to bury the body somewhere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mario S. is also reasonably suspected of throwing a certain number of shell casings, glasses, a fitness watch belonging to the deceased, and cigar butts from a cigar into the river from the Ostru\u017enica Bridge. After that, he returned to the &#8220;27&#8221; restaurant, where he met again with defendant Sa\u0161a Vukovi\u0107, after which they left the restaurant together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nenad L., Petar U. and Vuk \u0160., together with defendant Mario S., collected shell casings originating from the firearm used in the crime. Nenad L., together with defendants Sa\u0161a V. and Mario S., placed the body of Aleksandar Ne\u0161ovi\u0107 in a blanket, and all three carried it out of the restaurant and placed it into his &#8220;Hyundai Santa Fe&#8221; vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After defendants Sa\u0161a V. and Mario S. left, Nenad L. together with Vuk \u0160. and Petar U. cleaned blood traces in the restaurant. When defendants Sa\u0161a Vukovi\u0107 and Mario S. returned after some time, they all left the &#8220;27&#8221; restaurant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dejan S. is reasonably suspected of, on May 13, 2026, following orders from defendant Sa\u0161a Vukovi\u0107, driving a &#8220;Nissan X-Trail&#8221; vehicle to Stara Pazova, where he met with defendant Mario S.
