Minister of Energy Dubravka \u0110edovi\u0107 Handanovi\u0107<\/strong> is no longer a co-owner of the Croatian company Kulturistria<\/strong>, according to information published on the website of the Court Register of the Republic of Croatia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Croatian Court Register portal includes the official decisions on the basis of which her ownership stake was removed, N1 reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the published documents, the Commercial Court in Zagreb recorded a change in company membership on June 18, based on a ruling issued on June 17, 2026. Under that ruling, Dubravka \u0110edovi\u0107 ceased to be a member of Kulturistria d.o.o.<\/strong>, a company headquartered in Zagreb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Media Exposed the Affair<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Minister \u0110edovi\u0107 Handanovi\u0107 submitted a new assets report after media outlets reported last week that she owned an undeclared stake in a company in Croatia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Anti-Corruption Agency stated that in the report submitted on June 8, 2026, the minister declared ownership in Kulturistria d.o.o.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to available information, she reported a 35 percent stake<\/strong> with a nominal value of \u20ac101,340<\/strong>. Data from the Croatian court register previously showed that Minister \u0110edovi\u0107 Handanovi\u0107 had been a co-owner of the company since December 6, 2022<\/strong>, while this information had not appeared in earlier asset declarations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a previous statement provided to the media, the minister said that all of her assets and ownership interests in legal entities in Serbia and abroad had been duly reported to the Anti-Corruption Agency. She also stated that the company has no business activities, no employees, and generates no profit, adding that its only asset is a parcel of land purchased before she assumed ministerial office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As confirmed today to the Nova.rs portal by the Anti-Corruption Agency, an extraordinary verification procedure<\/strong> has been launched to examine the accuracy and completeness of the data contained in the Assets and Income Report of Minister of Mining and Energy Dubravka \u0110edovi\u0107 Handanovi\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
