(PHOTO)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Young gymnast <strong>Dunja Stanojevi\u0107<\/strong> from Pan\u010devo achieved a historic result at the World Rhythmic Gymnastics Championship for Athletes with Down Syndrome, held in Sofia, Bulgaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In her debut appearance at a world championship event, the member of the <strong>&#8220;Ruslana&#8221; Rhythmic Gymnastics Club<\/strong> managed to win an impressive five medals, writing a new chapter in Serbian sports history.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dunja is returning from Bulgaria with <strong>one silver medal<\/strong>, won in the ribbon routine, as well as <strong>four bronze medals<\/strong> earned in the all-around competition and in the all-around routines with the ball, hoop, and clubs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/plugins\/post.php?href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2Fsportskisavezpancevo%2Fposts%2Fpfbid02QWHtJNjpVE8PWQAk9zhUeS4mvmwMpcKn6f85fvM763AtL6bgb2Wh1EW8e9r5dEycl&#038;show_text=true&#038;width=500\" width=\"500\" height=\"709\" style=\"border:none;overflow:hidden\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" allow=\"autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; picture-in-picture; web-share\"><\/iframe>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This was also the <strong>first-ever appearance of the Serbian national team in rhythmic gymnastics at a World Championship for athletes with Down syndrome<\/strong>. Dunja Stanojevi\u0107 is also the first Serbian gymnast registered with the <strong>Down Syndrome International Gymnastics Organization (DSIGO)<\/strong>.
