Students of the \u201cMokranjac\u201d Music School<\/strong>, from the solo singing department led by Professor Valentina Ta\u0161kova<\/strong>, continued their string of remarkable achievements this year, successfully representing Serbia on the international music scene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They returned with outstanding results and high placements from the prestigious \u201cVoces Futuri 2026\u201d International Competition<\/strong>, held from June 11 to 14 in Graz, Austria<\/strong>, where they competed against young singers from several countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The competition was conducted through three elimination rounds across two categories, with performances taking place in the renowned Musikverein Graz<\/strong> concert hall. The significance and prestige of the event were reflected in the composition of the jury, which included distinguished professors from the MDW University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna<\/strong> and the Graz Conservatory<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Representing Serbia at this prestigious competition were Julija Ema Pavlovi\u0107<\/strong>, Teodor Gregor Ili\u0107<\/strong>, and Andrej Dimitrijevi\u0107<\/strong>, students of the \u201cMokranjac\u201d Music School. They demonstrated a high level of musical artistry while competing against participants from Austria, Portugal, Russia, Turkey, Spain, South Korea, and Slovenia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What makes this success even more impressive is the fact that only three prizes were awarded in each category. In such strong competition, Julija Ema Pavlovi\u0107<\/strong> won First Prize<\/strong> in the junior category, while Teodor Gregor Ili\u0107<\/strong> earned Third Prize<\/strong> in the senior category.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A notable achievement was also recorded by Andrej Dimitrijevi\u0107<\/strong>, who advanced to the semifinals<\/strong> of this prestigious international competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
