After a woman from Aran\u0111elovac suddenly fell ill on a beach in Greece, the humanity and quick thinking of people who happened to be in the right place at the right time helped save her life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A 62-year-old tourist from Aran\u0111elovac became seriously ill while on the beach. The patient suffered cardiac arrest as a result of a stroke she experienced on the beach. We reacted quickly, resuscitated her, and administered appropriate therapy. The young man who rushed to help was also of great assistance,\u201d said Dr. Nikos Geostatis, a physician in Leptokaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The doctor added that the patient was transported conscious to a hospital in Thessaloniki, where her treatment will continue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWhen conditions allow, she will be transferred to Serbia. For now, I know that her condition remains serious,\u201d said Dr. Nikos, who has been providing medical assistance to Serbian tourists on the beaches of Greece\u2019s Olympic Region for more than ten years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hardly a Week Passes Without Drama on the Beaches, Often Involving Serbian Tourists<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Such situations are not uncommon on Greek beaches, the Serbian tour guide noted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cHardly a week goes by without a serious incident on beaches frequented by Serbian tourists. In this particular case, the tourist\u2019s life was in danger, but no season passes without at least several similar serious situations.
