MOL announced that it has successfully concluded negotiations with the Government of Serbia regarding the signing of a shareholder agreement for the acquisition of a majority stake in the Oil Industry of Serbia (NIS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the statement, negotiations with the seller, namely Gazprom Neft, and the relevant institutions are still ongoing in order to finalize the transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Earlier, Minister of Energy Dubravka \u0110edovi\u0107 Handanovi\u0107 stated that all outstanding issues with Hungary\u2019s MOL had been successfully resolved and that a compromise had been reached regarding the shareholder agreement between the Republic of Serbia and MOL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The minister announced on Instagram that, among other things, Serbia and MOL agreed on the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
