This brave boy is selling lemonade on this tropical day to raise money for his younger sister, eight-year-old Helena, who has been fighting a difficult battle since birth with several rare and serious diagnoses, including hypothalamus atrophy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The family now needs about 90,000 dinars, plus travel expenses, for a specialist scan of her left arm, which had a tumor on it at birth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Instead of a carefree childhood, Nikola chose to fight for his sister’s health and show how great the love between a brother and sister can be.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
