Jovana Nogi\u0107, a member of the Serbian national team, played an outstanding game during the first weekend of the 30th WNBA season, where her team, the Phoenix Mercury, achieved a convincing victory over the defending champions, the Las Vegas Aces, with a score of 99:66.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our Jovana could not have dreamed of a better debut in the WNBA league.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She particularly stood out during the first half, when she scored 19 points with a perfect three-point shooting record (4\/4). She eventually finished the match with that exact scoring output in 21 minutes on the court, achieving a 5\/8 field goal performance, along with four assists and two steals. She thus became the second most efficient player in WNBA history in terms of points scored on a debut for a player who entered the league undrafted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
