The dean of the Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade, Danijel Sinani, told FoNet today that the police did not find any pyrotechnic materials at the faculty, and announced that he will initiate legal procedures against media outlets that spread false information and misled the public regarding the death of a female student whose body was found on the plateau in front of the Faculty of Philosophy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThat evening I came to the Faculty so that the police could enter and carry out the investigation and pre-investigation activities. According to my information, the deceased colleague was alone in the hallway on the fifth floor at that time. Classes were being held on the same floor, which had been extended because it is sometimes impossible to control whether discussions or questions will last longer,\u201d Sinani said, who was questioned yesterday as a citizen at the Criminal Police Directorate (UKP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The dean of the Faculty of Philosophy said that all requested documents and information were handed over to the authorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWhile we were at the UKP, the police thoroughly searched the entire Faculty and did not find absolutely anything\u2014no pyrotechnic or any flammable materials. We do not have or store such things at the Faculty\u2014that is what the investigation has shown so far, as far as we know and as we were told,\u201d Sinani stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
