The Ministry of Internal Affairs (MUP) of Serbia issued a statement regarding the incident that occurred last night in Kula. Let us recall, students announced this morning that they were attacked by activists of the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS), while the MUP in its statement claims that the students attacked the activists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As the students previously announced, they were attacked in Kula by masked individuals wearing balaclavas, who were guarded by the police.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, the MUP statement says that one person has been arrested, while two others have been identified for allegedly attacking activists of the Serbian Progressive Party.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cPolice officers in Sombor brought D. S. (30) from Kula to official premises and identified two more persons, on suspicion that they were part of a group of several individuals who last night, around 2:45 a.m. in Kula, insulted and threatened three activists of the Serbian Progressive Party,\u201d the statement said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
