The first day begins with the morning prayer called Eid prayer \u2013 45 minutes after sunrise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Eid al-Fitr always falls on the 1st of Shawwal, the tenth month of the Muslim lunar calendar, and lasts for three days. It is considered the \u201choliday of a passed test.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During Eid, believers dress in festive clothing, go to mosques by one route, and return by another.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
With a rich table, the first day of Eid is spent within the family, which gathers at the home of the eldest members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On the second day, cemeteries are visited, and on the third day, time is spent socializing with friends, acquaintances, and neighbors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
