A young man from Serbia, who worked as a delivery driver in Austria, was killed on March 18 in a serious accident that occurred on the A12 Inntal highway, near Langkampfen (Kufstein district).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to media reports, the crash happened in the early afternoon when the 31-year-old Serb, driving his delivery vehicle, struck the rear of a truck operated by a 42-year-old Hungarian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Serbian man died at the scene. The Hungarian truck driver was unharmed, a police spokeswoman told the APA news agency, as reported by Nezavisne novine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After the accident, the A12 highway was initially completely closed, causing traffic congestion in the direction of Kufstein. The highway was reopened to traffic only later in the afternoon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
