After two decades, Vanja Bogdanovic was fired from “Srbijavoz.” Officially she is a technological surplus, although she believes that what is actually at play \u2013 is what she wrote on social media. Whether there is truth in this, this public enterprise did not answer questions sent multiple times.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

“I wrote a message on Facebook do not ever call me to go to Cacilend and to your rallies at the cost of being fired,” states Vanja Bogdanovic, who received her notice from Srbijavoz a few days ago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“I wrote about Informer once to the president, none of it was spectacular, I did not expect to be fired,” our interlocutor adds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, the new acting director of Srbijavoz, Ljubisa Pejicic, carefully monitors the social media of employees. Vanja first received a transfer in October and a salary reduction of about 50 thousand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Even then, we asked why Vanja was transferred from the legal sector to the revenue control sector?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, we did not receive an answer. Vanja Bogdanovic says that they explained to her back then that her new position was essential, only for it to be abolished shortly after.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Imagine, four months ago they urgently needed a performer at the position in revenue control and suddenly they are shutting down the position because they don’t need a performer,” says Vanja Bogdanovic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Srbijavoz has more than 2,000 employees, but only Vanja is now a technological surplus, so we asked again if there are other employees who are surplus, whether a decision to reduce the number of workers has arrived, and if a social program exists?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While the management of Srbijavoz looks for answers or watches stories, Vanja told us what else they do in that enterprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“The director of human resources sent emails every week to the sector directors stating how many people should be at some rally or in Cacilend, people entered, and a person from the cabinet went to check off who came,” says Vanja Bogdanovic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vanja remained unchecked, and now she is going to the unemployment office after 20 years of work in one enterprise. She certainly announces a further legal battle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
