A sixty-year-old patient, who sustained injuries in an incident in the village of Bresnica near \u010ca\u010dak, has been hospitalized at the University Clinical Center Kragujevac, Vanja \u0110or\u0111evi\u0107, spokesperson for that medical institution, told FoNet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
She stated that the patient was admitted to the Emergency Center of UKC, where after diagnostics were performed, doctors established injuries to the facial bones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The patient is in stable general condition and is undergoing treatment at the Center for Maxillofacial Surgery of UKC Kragujevac, \u0110or\u0111evi\u0107 said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The sixty-year-old farmer sustained serious bodily injuries in an incident that occurred during the blockade of the Kragujevac\u2013\u010ca\u010dak main road, in the village of Bresnica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to unofficial information, he was injured when the driver of a van, attempting to \u201cslip through\u201d behind a bus carrying small children, struck the farmer at high speed while he was on the roadway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The injured man was urgently transported to the General Hospital in \u010ca\u010dak, from where, due to the severity of his injuries, he was immediately transferred to UKC Kragujevac.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
