As N1 has learned from a source at the First Basic Public Prosecutor\u2019s Office in Belgrade, regarding the case of harassment of actor and director Dragan Bjelogrli\u0107, the on-duty prosecutor was contacted about the incident as early as Tuesday, February 24, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThe incident concerned arrogant and reckless behavior by a TikToker toward Bjelogrli\u0107 in a caf\u00e9, where the TikToker filmed him and shouted remarks at him, thereby harassing him,\u201d the source, who wished to remain anonymous, told us, adding that the incident was reported to the Stari Grad Police Station and that it was ordered for surveillance camera footage to be submitted to the prosecutor, N1 reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This was also announced earlier today by the First Basic Public Prosecutor\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
N1 also learned that the acting prosecutor in this case was provided with the footage, and it was ordered that a misdemeanor report be filed against TikToker Aleksandar \u0160ulc for an offense under Article 8 of the Law on Public Order and Peace, and that Bjelogrli\u0107 be provided with the attacker\u2019s details so that he may file a private lawsuit against him for unauthorized recording.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
