Aleksandar Coni\u0107 (34) from Chicago was killed on February 12 while driving a truck in a traffic accident in the U.S. state of Georgia on Interstate Interstate 75. He died at the scene following a collision with another vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He will be buried on Friday, February 27, at the cemetery in the village of Podrimce near Leskovac, at 2 p.m., Re\u0161etka reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Alongside the obituary, the family emphasized that Aleksandar left too soon, leaving behind broken hearts and grief that is difficult to describe in words.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cHe was the pillar of his family, the immeasurable love of his children, the strength and pride of his parents, a brother and a friend who is born only once,\u201d the farewell message states.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As Serbian Times previously reported, the Serb originally from Leskovac left his family in Serbia and friends in Chicago in shock, and silence in the Serbian and Balkan community, where he is spoken of only in praise, as a wonderful young man who always spread positive energy around him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
