The logo used today by the best tennis player in history and one of the world’s best athletes, Novak Djokovic, is the work of graphic designer and illustrator Goran Trajkovic from Raska, the local portal “Razglas” announced today.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2012, as a member of the team at the company Logos, Trajkovic worked on designing the logo, while the complete visual identity, including the website that Djokovic still uses today, was developed within that team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“The logo was supposed to be as simple as possible, like all logos, but not to resemble any other. It had to be completely original,” Trajkovic told “Razglas.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The collaboration with Djokovic, as he said, began with work on a mobile application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“In order to do the application, we first had to create a logo. Everything else came later,” stated the graphic designer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trajkovic said that for the initial idea, he wanted to use a racket and a ball, but he soon realized that a racket was too complicated a motif for a clean mark.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
