The MMA national team of Serbia won 12 medals at the European Championship in Belgrade, which was held from February 5 to 15 in the “Aleksandar Nikoli\u0107” hall.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Out of a total of 12 medals, Serbia won one gold, six silver, and five bronze awards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Medals for Serbia were won by Marko Ivkovi\u0107 and D\u017eevad Balti\u0107 in the senior competition, as well as Aleksa \u010cortan, Bla\u017eo Pu\u0161onji\u0107, Mirko Dardi\u0107, David Magda, Nemanja Blagojevi\u0107, Una Mihajlovi\u0107, Amir Kari\u0161ik, Jana Vu\u010di\u0107evi\u0107, Luka To\u0161ovi\u0107, and Vasilija Borovi\u0107anin in the younger categories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-With this success, Serbia has reached a total of 44 medals in the last four years at major international competitions under the auspices of the IMMAF. Belgrade has once again justified its reputation as a host of major sports events, and the Serbian national team achieved an exceptional result, climbing the winner’s podium as many as twelve times during the EP in the ‘Aleksandar Nikoli\u0107’ hall, in all age categories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Organized by the International Mixed Martial Arts Federation (IMMAF) and the MMA Federation of Serbia, with the support of the Government of the Republic of Serbia \u2013 Ministry of Sport, the EP was realized, which once again confirmed that Belgrade is the center of European amateur MMA \u2013 it is stated in the announcement of the MMA Federation of Serbia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
