The Serbian national football team has learned its opponents for the next edition of the Nations League. The players selected by Veljko Paunovi\u0107 received their rivals today in the draw for the upcoming Nations League cycle. The Eagles will compete in Group A2, where they will face Germany, the Netherlands and Greece.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The \u201cEagles\u201d will once again play in the elite Division A, among the 16 strongest national teams on the Old Continent, after managing to retain their place among the best through the playoffs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The top two teams from each group will advance to the quarterfinals, while the last-placed teams will be relegated to Division B. The third-placed teams will play relegation playoffs against the runners-up from Division B.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The quarterfinal matches are scheduled for March 2027, while the final tournament, including the grand final, will be played in June.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The current champion is Portugal, also the most successful national team in the history of the Nations League with two titles won.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
