He pointed out that state authorities do not cooperate with TOK, and that this is not due to Mrdi\u0107\u2019s laws but rather to the placement of loyalists within the police.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cProsecutor Nenadi\u0107 stated at the panel at the Faculty of Law that two representatives of the executive branch gave him a recommendation and exerted pressure for one prosecutor from the Higher Public Prosecutor\u2019s Office to be transferred to TOK; that he informed the prosecutor\u2019s collegium about this and that the prosecutors did not agree, because that prosecutor and her husband had been the subject of processing in a case handled by TOK,\u201d Nini\u0107 told N1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He stressed that he regrets that Prosecutor Nenadi\u0107 did not say who those representatives of the authorities were who have an interest in specific names from the Higher Public Prosecutor\u2019s Office ending up in TOK.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThat is impermissible influence. Whether it will be the same 11 prosecutors, or whether they will reshuffle the cards and insert some loyalists among them, thereby \u2018drilling holes\u2019 in TOK and undermining the work of Mladen Nenadi\u0107 himself. The comments of Branko Stamenkovi\u0107, president of the High Prosecutorial Council (VST), are contradictory; he believes this is also a kind of pressure from the justice minister and emphasized that the VST knows its jurisdiction and where the initiative for such a proposal originates,\u201d Nini\u0107 said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A new setup<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He adds that for now it is not known whether the same prosecutors will remain in TOK or whether the authorities are preparing a \u201cnew setup.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe intention was to send them back to their home prosecutor\u2019s offices and behead TOK.
