Orb\u00e1n has previously stated several times that the presence of NATO troops on Ukrainian territory would create the threat of a direct military conflict with Russia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He also confirmed that Hungary will neither send weapons nor finance the continuation of military operations in Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the beginning of January, Great Britain and France reached an agreement with Ukraine on the deployment of their troops after the end of the war.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Speaking before the Verkhovna Rada on February 3 during a visit to Kyiv, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte claimed that the armed forces of the countries of the \u201cCoalition of the Willing\u201d would be deployed on Ukrainian territory immediately after the conclusion of a peace agreement with Russia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rutte said that NATO troops would be present on land, at sea, and in the air.
