At the 27th competition intended for young musical talents living in the Gulf countries, \u201cYoung Musicians of the Gulf,\u201d held in Bahrain, the string orchestra BSAK Strings, led by Ni\u0161 native Milan Dragan Jankovi\u0107, won first place in the ensemble category with the pieces \u201cNi\u0161ka Banja\u201d and \u201cRasti, rasti, moj zeleni bore.\u201d His student became the first cellist to ever win at this competition, making the success of this Ni\u0161 native even greater.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Music knows no borders, and this was confirmed by Milan Dragan Jankovi\u0107, who moved from Ni\u0161 to Abu Dhabi nine years ago. He is a cello teacher at \u201cThe British School Al Khubairat\u201d and also leads the school\u2019s string orchestra called \u201cBSAK Strings.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
