According to her, the goal was to prevent Trump from exercising power.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gabbard emphasized that in the months leading up to the election, the U.S. intelligence community was unanimous in its assessment that Russia neither had the intent nor the capability to interfere in the election.
