Angelina Topi\u0107 had an incredible 2025 and because of that, she was awarded by the Athletics Federation of Serbia as the best senior female athlete in the country.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The young Serbian athlete recorded phenomenal results in the previous year. In Tokyo, she won a bronze medal at the World Championships in the high jump discipline, and she also won a silver medal at the European Indoor Championships, as well as a gold medal at the European U23 Championships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Upon receiving the award, Topi\u0107 summarized the previous year:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-It is truly a wonderful feeling, I am very proud of all the successes from last year, and from the European Championship, I am truly very proud, there is no better indicator that I am on the right path.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The biggest lesson she learned is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-I think the biggest lesson I learned is that in some moments when I thought it was the end of the world, it wasn’t, that in sports there are both beautiful and difficult moments, all of that is part of the sport. Everything has such a long journey behind every success, people don’t have to know all of that, but I’m glad what an indicator that is to me that everything is possible and that everything can be achieved if I want it enough, if I believe enough.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
