In the Hilandar monastery on Mount Athos (Greece) snow fell last night and delighted Serbian monks who have not had the opportunity to see snow during the Christmas holidays for almost 10 years.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

“It is a true rarity on Athos and causes great joy among the residents of the Holy Mountain. Hilandar monks remember the last snowfall on the eve of Christmas in 2017,” it is stated on the official Instagram page of the Hilandar monastery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
