At that time, he received an &#8220;Offer for amendment of contractual working conditions,&#8221; which provided for his reassignment to the Eighth Department of Gastrointestinal Surgery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Following his removal, Prof. Dugali\u0107 sued the management of the Clinic, and at the end of September this year, the First Basic Court in Belgrade annulled the annex to the contract by which Dr. Vladimir Dugali\u0107 was removed from the position of Head at the First Surgical Clinic as illegal, as stated at the time by lawyer Mila Tomanovi\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;The result of such a decision will be the return of Dr. Dugali\u0107 to the position of Head, upon the finality of the verdict. The existence of judges who place the law above petty political power games and thus protect the legal security of all citizens of Serbia is encouraging,&#8221; the statement said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Commenting on the verdict, Dr. Dugali\u0107 said that after everything, he was overjoyed to be returning to his team and his patients.
