As the Nova.rs portal has learned, during the night between Tuesday and Wednesday, the car of a prosecutor from the Higher Public Prosecutor\u2019s Office in Subotica\u2014who had questioned suspects in the attack on Subotica activist Dra\u017een Lon\u010dar (47)\u2014was set on fire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No additional details about the burning of the vehicle are known.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Subotican Dra\u017een Lon\u010dar was beaten on November 28 in front of the entrance to his building and transported to the hospital with severe bodily injuries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A video appeared on social media showing a group of masked men striking Dra\u017een Lon\u010dar, who is lying on the ground, with metal bars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The attack occurred shortly after 2 p.m. on Friday, November 28. According to the victim\u2019s brother, the attackers waited for him in front of the building entrance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cHe has severe bodily injuries. His arm is broken, his ribs are fractured, and he has head injuries,\u201d Dra\u017een\u2019s brother Nemanja told N1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
