Serbia remains on the map of the world\u2019s most prestigious gastronomic destinations this year as well. In the latest edition of the \u201cMichelin Guide Serbia 2026,\u201d published today, the restaurants \u201cLangouste\u201d from Belgrade and \u201cFleur de Sel\u201d from Novi Slankamen have successfully retained their Michelin stars, while five new restaurants have received recommendations. This brings the total number of restaurants recommended by the renowned global gastronomic guide for 2026 to 25.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The restaurant \u201cLangouste,\u201d led by Marko \u0110eri\u0107, retained its star thanks to the consistent use of fresh local ingredients and exceptional technical precision. Equally impressive remains \u201cFleur de Sel,\u201d where Nikola Stojakovi\u0107 continues to blend French culinary techniques with Serbian ingredients and the landscapes of the Danube region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Along with \u201cIstok\u201d and \u201cIva New Balkan Cuisine,\u201d the prestigious \u201cBib Gourmand\u201d distinction, awarded for exceptionally high-quality food at affordable prices, has this year also been given to the Belgrade restaurant \u201cBela reka.\u201d

This year\u2019s guide selection also includes a carefully curated list of restaurants that carry a recommendation. The five new ones are \u201cSuvenir,\u201d \u201cPrime,\u201d \u201cPuter,\u201d \u201cS5 by Angie,\u201d and \u201cRestoran 27.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe retained Michelin stars for our two restaurants confirm that Serbia is steadily present on the international gastronomic scene. This is the result of strategic and continuous work on improving gastronomy as a key segment of our tourism offering. Such international recognitions further strengthen Serbia\u2019s position as a modern, prestigious, and authentic destination,\u201d said Marija Labovi\u0107, Director of the Tourist Organization of Serbia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
