By stating that Vu\u010di\u0107 is the real target of the Prosecutor’s Office for Organized Crime, Selakovi\u0107 was apparently alluding to the American anti-mafia RICO law\u2014it does not only prosecute those who directly participated in criminal acts, but also the one who was at the head of the organization that committed them. And it is known who leads the Progressive Party’s government.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do you remember Federica Mogherini? She is the former High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, whom \u0160e\u0161elj fiercely insulted in the National Assembly eight years ago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, Mogherini is suspected of corruption from 2021\/22 while she was head of the College of Europe. Because of this, she was detained and interrogated for ten hours in Belgium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“I have full confidence in the judicial system and I am convinced that the College’s procedures will be reviewed,” Mogherini said after leaving the European Public Prosecutor’s Office. “Of course, I will cooperate fully with the authorities.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I will judge you<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

On the other side of Europe, Nikola Selakovi\u0107, the current Minister of Culture of Serbia, was questioned at the Public Prosecutor’s Office for Organized Crime. He is suspected of two criminal offenses\u2014abuse of official position and falsification of official documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This current and former minister of everything told the prosecutors that he would personally arrest them. First, he did not respond to the call from the POOC because he had “smarter things to do,” and then he came twice in front of the building where the prosecutors sit and caused a public scandal by threatening and insulting them for the regime’s cameras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“They are not just an organized criminal group, they are an autoimmune disease in Serbia,” Selakovi\u0107 honoured the POOC after he was finally heard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Plowing up the constitutional and legal order<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Where is all this leading?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It does not cross Selakovi\u0107’s mind to cooperate with the prosecutors like Mogherini. Why would he? He is in the Progressive Party’s government; he can do anything. Even not to care at all about the judicial system and laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As if driving a bulldozer in a state of significantly diminished capacity, Selakovi\u0107 cries out, plowing up the last remnants of the constitutional and legal order of the Republic of Serbia. However, there is one ‘but’ here\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By stating that he is not the real target of the POOC but Vu\u010di\u0107, Selakovi\u0107 was apparently alluding to the American anti-mafia RICO law. Simply put\u2014it is not required that someone directly participated in the criminal acts, but that he was at the head of the organization that committed them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And since Vu\u010di\u0107 is the alpha and omega of the Progressive Party’s regime, it is easy to draw the logical sequence in the General Staff affair\u2014Selakovi\u0107 did not do what the POOC accuses him of out of personal whim. On the contrary, the head of state and the entire Cacilato repeatedly demanded the adoption of a lex specialis related to the alienation and gifting of the General Staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In all likelihood, Selakovi\u0107’s appearances have brought Vu\u010di\u0107 a new headache. Now, more than ever, he must fear every corrupt official from his own ranks. They all only carried out the President’s orders. And haven’t they repeated that so many times?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is clear to the Progressives\u2014either lawlessness or their fall. At the same time, it is also clear to the citizens of Serbia\u2014either the fall of the regime and the application of the law or the collapse of the state.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
