Goran Rosi\u0107, who had been on the run as one of the suspects in the investigation by the Special Prosecutor\u2019s Office for Organized Crime (JTOK) into financial flows related to the project of modernizing the Hungarian-Serbian railway, has been arrested abroad, and extradition proceedings have been initiated against him, the prosecutor\u2019s office confirmed today to Insajder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Prosecutor\u2019s Office also stated for Insajder that, besides Rosi\u0107, all other suspects have already been questioned, Insajder writes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Rosi\u0107 is the responsible person of the company \u201cTECO\u201d doo, and according to earlier statements by JTOK, he effectively manages the companies \u201cPro+Service centre\u201d doo, \u201cBambino shoes\u201d and \u201cZevas\u201d doo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Insajder recalls that on August 1, acting on JTOK\u2019s order, suspects in the financial investigation conducted regarding the collapse of the canopy were arrested.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As the Prosecutor\u2019s Office announced at the time, six people suspected of committing corruption-related criminal offenses were arrested, and their arrests were the result of the Strike Group\u2019s work within the investigation into the canopy collapse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Among those arrested were former minister Tomislav Momirovi\u0107, former assistant minister Anita Dimoski, former general director of Serbian Railway Infrastructure Neboj\u0161a \u0160urlan, the responsible person in the company Starting, Nikola Trivi\u0107, former director of the Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments of Novi Sad Sini\u0161a Joki\u0107, and the procurement officer of that institute, Veljko Novakovi\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The same proceedings also include former minister Goran Vesi\u0107, but he was not detained on August 1 along with the others because he had been admitted to the hospital the day before, where he remained until mid-October.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
