Islam Shogenov and Nemanja Majdov won bronze medals for Serbia in judo at the Abu Dhabi Grand Slam tournament.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is interesting that the Serbian national team members won the medals in the same category up to 90 kilograms and they did it in an identical way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Islam, a former Russian national team member, successively defeated American Jayne, Czech Kopecky, and Kazakh Anuarbekov, before being defeated in the fight for the semi-finals by the later champion, Georgian Lasha Bekauri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
