The Public Prosecutor’s Office for Organized Crime (JTOK) today issued an order to the Ministry of Internal Affairs’ SBPOK to bring the suspected Minister of Culture, Nikola Selakovi\u0107, in for questioning, considering that the legal requirements for this have been met, as the properly summoned suspect Selakovi\u0107 did not appear for the scheduled hearing on November 28, 2025, and did not justify his absence, according to the statement.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Minister of Culture Nikola Selakovi\u0107 did not respond last week to the summons of the Public Prosecutor’s Office for Organized Crime where he was supposed to be questioned as a defendant in the “General Staff” case investigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, Selakovi\u0107 has been extremely active since then, he was on Informer television, where he attacked the JTOK, and on the night between Sunday and Monday he was at the SNS headquarters where the results of the local elections in Mionica, Se\u010danj, and Negotin were announced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
