Today, local elections were held in Negotin, Mionica, and Se\u010danj<\/strong>, where numerous irregularities were reported at polling stations, including vote-buying, parallel voter lists, and fights<\/strong>. In all three municipalities, mobs of SNS thugs dressed in black<\/strong> roamed the streets, intimidating citizens and provoking disturbances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Due to attacks on two of their colleagues, CRTA withdrew all its observers from Mionica<\/strong>, while a climate of fear prevailed in Negotin and Se\u010danj, where cameras captured incidents of votes being bought and sold on the streets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vu\u010di\u0107 Declares Victory<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
